Exterus Business Furniture opened in the fall of 2006. By the spring of 2007 we had hired a Project Manager and two experienced furniture Account Executives that were uniquely passionate about creating amazing office environments. We have continued to grow in the years since and thoroughly enjoy helping our clients create a unique and inviting workspace.Exterus offers innovative furniture to empower and support your employees. President and founding partner of Exterus Business Furniture, Tim Williams is a born and raised Vermonter. Building and managing multiple businesses within the state, Tim is a UVM graduate that resides in Shelburne with his wife, Lisa, and their two children.

Vice President of Exterus Business Furniture, Chris Echo is a native Vermonter with over 18 years of experience in the office product / office furnishings industry. Mr. Echo’s eye for detail and industry experience translates to a smooth and professional sales process. A Graduate of Champlain College, Chris resides in Colchester with his wife, Heidi and their 3 children.

Suzanne Bradley, Founder

Suzanne has over 25 years of industry experience in marketing, design and management. As VP/GM of officeworks New England she oversees daily operation and new business development for the York, ME office. Serving Maine and New Hampshire, York is also home to several national officeworks clients. Suzanne is a LEED-AP and works to stay current on green interior options. She has a B.S. in Business Marketing from California State University-Chico and lives in Kennebunk, ME with her husband Michael, their two children Sarah and Sean and their yellow lab Mandi. In her spare time, she is the York High School Girls Volleyball coach and is involved in growing the sport in the community.

Dahsa Catellano, Designer

Ms. Castellano has over 12 years of interior design experience and is well versed in AutoCad, CAP Studio and is ASID certified. Her knowledge of the interior design industry is impeccable and is up to date with the latest design trends.

Dana Allen, Account Executive

Mr. Allen began his office furniture career selling pre-owned office furniture. 24 years later, he is still in the office furnishings industry, specializing in ergonomics in the workplace.

Craig Bemis, Account Executive

Craig started in the commercial interiors industry in 1986 and brings 32 years of experience to the business . Craig has worked closely with many companies throughout New England  over the years to provide Project Management, Installation and Move Services and well as providing sales and service on office furniture and  integrated interiors pieces such as  Floor Coverings , Demountable walls , Sound Masking , High Density Mobile filing.

Tina Barnes, Project Manager

Mrs. Barnes has over 20 years of professional purchasing and project management experience. Her skill set ensures all aspects of your project are executed accurately to the smallest detail

Kristie Adams, Account Executive

Ms. Adams is a native Vermonter and has been in the office products / furniture industry in souther Vermont for more than 15 years. Her strong relationships with customers and responsiveness have endured many industry changes. Ms. Adams focus is on health care customers and new business development.

Judith Mathieson, Account Coordinator

Judith joined Exterus in the winter of 2016, bringing experience in project management and sales, as well as the construction and software industries. Skilled at managing multiple deadlines, she fully understands the value of efficiency and quality, as well as maintaining a strong rapport with vendors, installers and clients.
A graduate of The University of New Hampshire, she now lives in southern Maine, where, outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and participating in all things beach related.

Erin Monahan, Account Executive

Erin joined Exterus in the spring of 2013. She brings with her 16+ years of experience in the contract furniture industry. She has worked on the dealer side in Design & Project Management roles, as well as the client side in a Facilities position. Erin has successfully passed all three parts of the NCIDQ exam- a rigorous exam for Interior Design professionals.Erin lives in New Hampshire with her husband Steve and their two young sons- Ethan & Garrett.

Laurie Smith, Sales Consultant

Laurie has enjoyed 25 years of experience in the contract furniture industry, helping customers select the best products, fabrics, finishes and design to create a great work environment. She appreciates her many long-term relationships with a focus on clients in NH, VT and select accounts in Maine. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics. Laurie lives in Dover NH with her husband, Greg, and values time with their children, Kevin, Kelsey and Angela.Outside of work she enjoys kayaking and outdoor activities, and is a board member and volunteer for the Southeast Land Trust of NH.

Susan Lahme, Accounting Manager

Susan joined our company in 2015 bringing over 20 years experience in marketing and finance. She is responsible for the daily financial operations of officeworks New England overseeing accounts payable management, sales tax reporting, monitoring cash flow, payroll and preparation of financial statements.After growing up in the Midwest and graduating from the University of Minnesota, Susan spent time traveling before settling down on the seacoast. She now resides in York, Maine with her husband and children. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis, running, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Laureen Johnson, Account Executive

Laureen joined Exterus in February of 2016. She holds an A.S. degree in Interior Design from Endicott College and has over 30 years of experience in the office furniture industry including ten years as sole proprietor of her own design and facility management business in New Hampshire. Her expertise in the industry ranges from corporate offices to higher education, healthcare, banking, government agencies and showroom facilities.In her free time she enjoys baking, painting and all types of intricate craft making.

Nicole Gorski, Account Executive

Nicole joined our team in 2018, bringing 13 years of sales experience and a strong foundation in the commercial interiors world with knowledge in both the flooring and furniture industries.Known for her positive energy, creativity and productivity, Nicole prides herself on building strong relationships, and exceeding client expectations.Born and raised in Arizona, she came East to earn her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, and has since come to love New England. In her free time, Nicole enjoys adventuring with her husband and two children.

Jim Joyce, Account Executive

Jim has more than 35 years of experience in the contract office furniture market. Following a college career in industrial design, architectural engineering and finance Jim built a successful professional career in the contract furniture industry culminating with the creation of officeworks New England in 1995. Jim enjoys golfing, fishing and being a husband and father to his wife Cheryle and daughters Ally and Olivia. He volunteers at Lazarus House in Lawrence, MA.

Michael Bradley, Account Executive

Michael joined officeworks of New England in February of 2014. He is involved in all aspects of the business, working closely with the project managers and designers to ensure a successful project outcome and that client’s needs are taken care of. His main responsibilities include complex ordering and scheduling, overseeing all aspects of a project life cycle, from ordering to invoicing, and everything in between.Michael has a BS in Business Management and a minor in Psychology, with previous management experience in the Banking industry.He lives in Kennebunk, ME with his wife Suzanne and 2 children. He enjoys spending time supporting his children in their athletic and academic endeavors. With a passion for sports, Michael has transitioned from coaching them in soccer, baseball, softball and basketball, to currently just being their biggest fan.

Brian Olas, Account Executive

Brian has over twenty years of experience in Marketing, Sales and Project Management in the contract furniture industry in  the Maine marketplace, with a specialty in the Higher Education, Finance, and Public sectors. As a Sales Executive for the new Portland Office, he has a B.S in Business Administration from Husson College and a State of Maine Guide License for multiday whitewater river trips throughout the state. Brian currently resides in North Yarmouth with his wife Andrea and two boys, Anson and Varick. His hobbies include whitewater sports, mountain biking, hiking and skiing.

Currently residing in Plattsburgh, NY, Mr. Recore is Exterus' liason to the greater NY area.

Erin Monahan, Senior Designer/ Project Manager

Erin joined Exterus in the spring of 2013 and has 20+ years of experience in the contract furniture industry. She has worked on the dealer side in Design & Project Management roles, as well as the client side in a Facilities position. Erin is NCIDQ certified and understands that every project, no matter the size, requires the same amount of detail and coordination.  Erin lives in New Hampshire and enjoys being a mom to her two adventurous and busy boys.   

Laurie Foustoukos, Senior Designer/ProjectManager

Experienced Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working the interior design/contract furniture industry over the past 8+ years. Proficient in AutoCAD, CAP 2020, Revit, and Drafting. Strong arts and design professional with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design (Focus in Sustainability) from Endicott College. Also, avid dog lover!

Once your order is placed you can feel relaxed knowing the Exterus Installation Team will take care of the entire shipping and installment process. Our team covers..

- Packaging, trucking, and un-packaging products on-site
- Custom construction and assembly in accordance with manufacturers specifications
- Workspace configuration in accordance with design drawings
- Leveling and fastening of all product components
- Cleanup and removal of any and all packaging or debris
- Coordinate and schedule all aspects of installment with the clients point of contact.
- Promptly and efficiently handle any adjustment necessary per manufacturers warranty.
